Excel and Tally
will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
Maintain and update customer data in records or software.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Support in basic office documentation and reporting.
Prepare daily call and report summaries.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Knowledge of
MS Excel
.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Working Hours: 10:15 AM to 07:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
