Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client details in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve basic issues.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team about customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage (freshers can apply).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
