Basic computer literacy: comfortable using MS Office, E-mails & database systems.
Comfortable making high volume of calls per day , 150-200 calls/day if role demands).
Maintain and update the customer database/ CRM system with accurate details of interactions, leads, follow-ups and outcomes.
Provide feedback to management about market trends, customer objections, competitor activities and potential improvements.
