Job Description

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves client communication, RSVP coordination, and maintaining accurate data records for smooth event operations.

You will be the connecting link between clients & our hospitality services, ensuring clear communication and professional follow ups.

Key Responsibilities:



Make Outbound and Inbound calls to clients for RSVP Confirmations. Collect , verify and update guest details shared by clients. Maintain accurate data entries in Google Sheets/ Excel for internal reporting. Follow up with guests to ensure attendance and resolve any queries. Assist the team with pre-event coordination and updates. Provide excellent communication and customer service etiquette over the phone.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English. Good Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Strong listening , coordination and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines during peak time.

Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
