Job Description

As a Telecaller in the finance and loan division, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone, explaining various loan products, and assisting them in understanding and applying for suitable loans. Your role will involve answering queries, offering advice, and building relationships with clients to drive successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for various loan products (home loans, personal loans, business loans, etc.). Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and terms to customers in a clear and effective manner. Assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Maintain a thorough understanding of Andromeda's loan offerings and stay updated on product changes. Follow up with interested customers to ensure a smooth application process and convert leads into successful loan applications. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and assist with loan documentation. Record daily customer interactions, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and loan approvals.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.

Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in finance, banking, or loans).

Skills:

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus). Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Basic understanding of financial products, especially loans, is preferred. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.

Proficient in:

MS Office and CRM software.
