Meeting Sales Targets:

Memorizing and Customizing Scripts:

Offering accurate and complete details about products, services, prices, and promotions.

Persuasive Sales Pitches:

Conveying the benefits of the company's offerings to encourage purchases.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interactions with customers.

Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Active Listening Skills:

Understanding customer needs and concerns.

Data Entry Skills:

Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Proficiency in CRM Software:

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Experience in Telecalling or Customer Service:

Previous experience in similar roles is often a plus
