We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team at our car showroom. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our automotive products and services, booking appointments, and supporting the sales process to achieve showroom targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce car models, promotions, and finance offers
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries
Generate appointments for showroom visits and test drives
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details and call outcomes
Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns and other sources
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
Address customer queries, objections, and provide relevant information confidently
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments
Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times
Share feedback and market intelligence with the sales team and management
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in automotive sales is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills in English and tamil
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge .
Ability to multitask and handle rejection positively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
