Handle inbound & outbound calls from student leads
Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, duration & career scope
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
Explain admission process and resolve student queries
Achieve daily/weekly admission or conversion targets
Coordinate with the academic & marketing team when required
