Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and feedback
Handle inbound customer calls and address basic queries
Coordinate with service advisors and sales teams for appointments and leads
Update customer details and call records in CRM / DMS systems
Promote service offers, AMC, and value-added services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in an automobile dealership / showroom
Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English
Basic computer knowledge and CRM/DMS handling
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
