Greetings, We have a Urgent Opening for Telecaller About the company Leading Jewellery Showroom in Tirukoilur Designation Telecaller Location Tirukoilur (nearby locations are only preferred) Should compulsory have experience working in jewellery field Experience 6 months to 1 year Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads.
• Introduce company products to potential clients over the phone.
• Effectively communicate product information and promotions to generate interest.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Handle customer questions or objections and escalate complex inquiries to the relevant department

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively influence/persuade.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Tamil & English language.
