Job Description

Outbound calls:

Initiate contact with potential and existing clients to introduce interior design services, explain new packages, and generate interest.

Inbound calls:

Receive calls from customers to address their questions, concerns, and issues related to design services or products.

Lead generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.

Sales and appointments:

Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule consultations with interior designers.

Data management:

Accurately record and maintain customer information, call details, and follow-up requirements in a CRM system.

Customer service:

Build rapport, understand customer needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.

Reporting:

Document all sales calls and activities and report on progress to supervisors.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
