Job Description
Kingsway Immigration & Overseas Education urgently requires Tele-Callers & Tele-Marketeers for our Immigration Office. She will work to specific targets set by the Office Head and her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate must be smart and energetic and should have a strong interest in working with people and result-orientated towards the work.
- Doing telephonic conversation with our clients and discuss about visa processes.
- Studying the details of visa process and remaining abreast of updates.
- Modifying sales pitches in response to client\'s request.
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
- Fix appointments for visa counselors and generate walk-in.
- Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow-up on the leads till final conversion.
