Responsibilities: \xe2\x9c\x85 Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide them with information about our services. \xe2\x9c\x85 Understand the requirements and interests of students, and suggest appropriate educational programs. \xe2\x9c\x85 Answer incoming calls and address inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. \xe2\x9c\x85 Maintain accurate records of calls and update the database accordingly. \xe2\x9c\x85 Collaborate with the team to meet targets and achieve business goals. Requirements: \xe2\x9c\x85 Excellent telecommunication skills and a friendly, engaging phone demeanor. \xe2\x9c\x85 Proficient in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international students. \xe2\x9c\x85 Strong presentation skills to articulate the benefits of studying abroad. \xe2\x9c\x85 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
