Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers/students to inform them about products, services, or programs, answer queries, and maintain strong follow-up to achieve set targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads/customers/students as per database provided. Explain products, services, or admission programs clearly and convincingly. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs, database, and follow-up records regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Follow scripts and guidelines while ensuring a personal and engaging approach. Collect and record feedback to help improve service quality. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Admissions, Marketing) for lead updates and closures. Maintain professionalism and customer-centric behavior on all calls.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 1Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / admissions (preferred). Excellent verbal communication in English,punjabi and Hindi Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, data entry). Confident, persuasive, and good listener. Ability to work under targets and pressure.
