Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and offers in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Generate qualified leads and forward them to the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
Provide information about new products, schemes, and promotions.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Fluency in
Tamil, Telugu, and/or Kannada
(any one or multiple languages).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service preferred (1-2 years).
Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.
