Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Tele caller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calling

: Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers.

Customer Support

: Provide timely information, resolve customer issues, and respond to inquiries regarding products/services.

Database Management

: Maintain accurate customer records in database, ensuring that all relevant details are updated.

Follow-up

: Regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Complaint Handling

: Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Reporting

: Report daily/weekly/monthly performance and issues to the team leader or manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience

: Either Fresher with very good communication skills or previous experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role is a plus.

Communication

: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.

Problem-solving

: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

Listening Skills

: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.

Customer-oriented

: Ability to handle a variety of customers in a professional manner.

Technical Proficiency

: Basic computer skills

Language Proficiency

: English and Hindi.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with 9 hours working. Office Timings 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM. Six Days Working Monday to Saturday
