The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both
inbound and outbound calls
, managing customer interactions with professionalism, and promoting our products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services/products.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and follow up on previous interactions.
Maintain updated and detailed records of customer communications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and quality benchmarks .
Ensure a courteous, respectful, and professional communication style at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
6 months of experience
in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
Fluency in English
is mandatory and
Hindi
is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polished and professional phone etiquette with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
