We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telephonic Sales Executive with over 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into customers.
Explain products or services, clarify doubts, and handle objections professionally.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp as required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion metrics.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, or processes.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telephonic or inside sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in [English/Hindi/regional language].
Good knowledge of CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications (optional):
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in education industry is nice to have.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
