• Job Overview
• 1. What they will do: We are looking for self-motivated and eager to learn freshers to
• join our Customer coordination team. Their primary role is to provide assistance to
• our clients through phone calls and emails. They will be responsible for managing
• redemption fulfilment. They will be required to assist our clients with their gift claim
• redemption and ensure coordination and timely delivery of product requested.
• 2. What is required: To be successful in this role, the candidate should have
• extraordinary communication skills to handle customers having different dialects. In
• addition to this, they should be a keen learner to understand our company
• commitment and client requirement. This will help them to troubleshoot any issue
• faced by the clients faster.
• Position Summary
•
Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.
•
Provide the required information to the customers
•
Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
•
Maintain database by updating customer information on daily basis
•
Write communication scripts for inbound calls
•
Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos on a regular basis
• Requirements
•
Graduate in any subject or pursuing
•
Preferably fresher
•
Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
•
Familiar with Excel
•
Efficient in achieving targets
•
Should be a team player
•
Excellent organizational skills

Good decision-making abilities
• Benefits
• Salary package - 1, 60,000 to 2,20,000 Per annum
• Monday to Saturday Office
• Office timing 09:30 to 18:30 hrs
• One paid leave per month
• Lunch served in office (no deduction)
• Snacks served in office (no deduction)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
