Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and answer client queries.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Support the sales team with lead generation and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months-2 years of telecalling/inside sales/customer service experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal communication in
English, Hindi, and [local language if required]

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
