We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Telecaller
to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales or admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective students/customers and explain course details or product offerings.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and provide accurate information.
Maintain a
daily call report
and update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
Follow up on leads through
calls, WhatsApp, and emails
to ensure conversion.
Schedule appointments or demos for the counseling/sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly
call and conversion targets
.
Maintain
polite and professional communication
with all prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and payment follow-up.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent
verbal communication
in English and regional languages (Malayalam preferred).
Strong
convincing and interpersonal skills
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
.
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
Target-oriented with good listening and follow-up skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
