We are seeking a service-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone/email.
Schedule service appointments and manage bookings.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
Provide information on services, maintenance, and repairs.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as Tele caller in automobile industry
Ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
Proficiency in local language and English (optional).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
