Telemarketing Executive (Full-Time)

RK Jewellers, Buxar

Timing:

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (6 Days/Week)

About the Role

We're looking for a

high-energy Telemarketer

who can talk to people, build trust fast, and help customers take action.
You'll be the voice of

RK Jewellers

, handling both

incoming calls

and

outreach to old customers

-- telling them about our latest

offers, gold schemes, and app features

This is

not a time-pass job

. You'll work hard, learn fast, and grow faster.

Your Responsibilities

Handle

incoming customer calls

with confidence and care. Call

old and new customers

to explain ongoing offers and benefits. Understand customer needs and guide them toward the

right product or investment

. Keep records of calls and update customer status daily. Follow up with interested leads till they visit or invest.
