Inbound Calls

Lead Generation

: Identifying and nurturing sales leads.

Customer Interaction

: Providing product details, understanding needs, offering solutions, and resolving complaints.

Data Management

: Accurately logging customer interactions, updating CRM systems, and noting important details for follow-ups.

Target Achievement

: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call quotas.
Essential Skills & Qualities

Communication

: Excellent verbal skills, clarity, and good phone etiquette.

Persuasion

: Ability to convince and handle objections.

Customer Service

: Professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Organization

: Strong record-keeping and data entry.
