Key Responsibilities:
Make follow-up calls to clients without delays or excuses.
Explain services clearly and convince clients when required.
Maintain records, update sheets, and prepare documents related to tenders.
Work confidently with MS Word, Excel, and basic online tools.
Coordinate with the internal team for any tender documentation.
Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Solid command over MS Office.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain accuracy.
Immediate joiners preferred.
