Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain our website design & digital solutions.
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable services to them.
Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the business development team.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
Follow up on existing leads to nurture and convert them into business opportunities.
Handle basic queries and escalate complex inquiries to senior team members.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and leads.
