Job Responsibilities:
? Provide comprehensive information about Diarch Homes and our properties.
? Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
? Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
? Achieve and exceed sales targets.
? Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications:
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
? Ability to handle objections and close deals.|
? Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
? A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
? Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred).
