Key Responsibilities:
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using pre-defined scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or generate quality leads.
Update customer information in the database.
Handle grievances or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Freshers can apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in [specify languages: English, Hindi, etc.].
Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them confidently.
Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
