Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective students, and converting enquiries into counselling appointments or admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to student leads and handle inbound enquiry calls.
Provide basic information about overseas education options, courses, countries, and services.
Qualify leads and assess student interest and eligibility at a preliminary level.
Schedule counselling appointments for senior counsellors.
Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Update enquiry details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth lead handover.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive student experience.
