• Outbound Calls: Initiate and make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company\'s products or services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering. Document and update customer information in the database.
• Pitching and Presentation: Clearly and effectively articulate the value proposition to potential customers. Tailor communication to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
• Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism. Provide additional information as needed to overcome objections.
