Job Responsibilities for Tele caller - Coaching/Training Institute
1. Inquiry Handling & Follow-ups
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
Handle incoming inquiries related to courses, fees, batches, and admission process.
Maintain timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.
2. Student Admission Support
Explain course details, faculty profiles, class schedules, and institute benefits.
Guide parents/students through the admission process and required documentation.
3. Communication & Record Maintenance
Maintain a proper record of all calls and follow-ups in register/CRM.
Update daily inquiry and conversion reports to the counsellor/branch head.
4. Coordination Work
Coordinate with counsellor, academic team, and branch coordinator for demo classes, counseling sessions, or parent meetings.
Inform students/parents about new batches, tests, events, or fee reminders when required.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain polite and professional communication with parents and students.
Handle complaints or queries and escalate them to the concerned department.
6. Marketing & Outreach Support
Support promotional activities like calling for seminars, school visits, scholarship tests, etc.
Share institute updates through WhatsApp/SMS campaigns if required.
7. Target Achievement
Work towards achieving daily/weekly call and admission targets.
Assist in increasing footfall and overall admission numbers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
