Job Description

Outbound Calls:

Engage with prospective students to introduce and promote the institution's courses or services.

Inbound Calls:

Respond to student queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with students to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Data Management:

Accurately record details of calls, including student feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for admissions, lead generation, or student interactions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,468.45 - ?15,367.02 per month
