Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Follow up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Record customer interactions and report issues to the supervisor.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate in any discipline].
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Local language as applicable].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
