Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, engage them in meaningful conversations, and generate leads or sales. You will be responsible for introducing our products/services, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and explain the product and services offered. Contact existing and prospective customers using scripts. Obtain customer information and other relevant data. Ask questions to understand customer requirements. Resolve product or service queries and issues. Maintain records of sales calls and deals. Process product orders professionally. Regularly update the customer database. Suggest tailored solutions to customers.

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification. Experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, or Sales. Sales/Marketing certification is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Team player and capable of working independently.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
