Job Summary



We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven

Sales Telecaller

to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales over the phone. The role involves explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Explain company products/services clearly and confidently Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer interaction Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally Coordinate with the sales and support team for order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales Excellent communication and convincing skills Ability to handle rejection and work under targets Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and calling systems Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
