ZICA Guwahati is looking for a / Student Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course information, and support the admissions process. The candidate should have good communication skills and a friendly, convincing approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls related to student enquiries

Explain courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities

Follow up with interested students and parents

Maintain enquiry records and daily call reports

Schedule counseling sessions and walk-ins

Achieve admission-related targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Assamese preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Confident and polite phone manner

Ability to convince and guide students

Freshers can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
