RateperSQFT is a growing real estate firm focused on providing high-quality residential, commercial and industrial property solutions. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer engagement team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate projects.
Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database in CRM software.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and availability.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
