About the Role
CAPS is seeking a proactive and organized
Tele Caller
who will be responsible for engaging inbound leads generated from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, performing high-volume calling and messaging, and maintaining strict CRM accuracy. Your primary focus will be to contact new leads quickly, qualify their interest, and support the sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and data management.
This role requires strong communication skills, high energy, and disciplined execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement
Immediately call and message all inbound leads from Meta campaigns within defined response-time targets.
Perform high-volume cold/warm calls and outreach through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Qualify leads to understand their needs and determine fit for CAPS services.
Maintain daily outreach quotas (calls + messages).
CRM Management
Maintain clean, accurate, and fully updated records in the CRM at all times.
Log every call, message, note, and status update promptly.
Ensure leads move through pipeline stages based on activity and qualification.
Follow strict data hygiene standards with no missing fields or untracked communication.
Sales Support & Conversions
Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team or handle initial qualification calls as needed.
Perform follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for call volume, connection rate, qualification rate, and conversions.
Earn commission on sales generated from qualified leads.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Tele Caller, cold caller, sales representative, or lead generation specialist (preferred).
Skilled communicator--confident on phone calls and strong in written communication.
Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined with tasks and deadlines.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet performance targets.
Positive attitude and the persistence required for high-volume outreach.
