We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in conversations, understands the art of persuasion, and can effortlessly build rapport over the phone. You'll be the voice of our brand--turning prospects into meetings and conversations into opportunities.?
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services/products, and provide complete, accurate information while resolving basic queries?
Lead Qualification & Meeting Setup: Understand customer needs through active listening and strategic questioning, then use persuasive techniques to schedule qualified meetings with the sales team?
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, address objections professionally, and maintain positive relationships throughout the communication process?
Call Documentation & Reporting: Accurately report on call results, feedback, and customer interactions; maintain detailed records in CRM systems for follow-up and analysis?
Script Adherence & Customization: Follow calling scripts while adapting conversations naturally based on customer responses and situational needs?
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or similar outbound calling roles
