Make outbound calls to parents/customers to provide information about school admissions, fees or services.
Receive and handle inbound calls professionally.
Follow call scripts while handling conversations naturally.
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in registers/CRM.
Handle queries, objections, and basic complaints politely.
Coordinate with the admissions/operations team for follow ups and complaints.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
