Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling & team handling
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Explain products/services and maintain good customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly targets
(For Team Leader) Manage a team of telecallers, monitor performance & motivate the team
Skills Required:
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Time management and team coordination (for TL role)
