Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers (medical shops, clinics, hospitals) to take medicine orders.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
Maintain daily records of calls, orders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch departments for order fulfillment.
Follow up on pending payments or deliveries.
Update customer contact information and maintain a proper database.
Build good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare call and order reports as required by management.
Assist in promoting new products and offers over calls.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / Degree.
Experience: 6 M-2years (experience in medical or pharmaceutical field preferred).
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, and order entry software).
Pleasant and confident telephone manners.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
