, you will be the face and voice of our spa. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, manage front desk responsibilities, and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and provide information about spa services, offers, and bookings.
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using spa software or manual logs.
Welcome clients at the front desk, check them in, and guide them through the spa experience.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of personal data.
Follow up with clients post-service for feedback and future bookings.
Manage billing, cash handling, and maintain front desk cleanliness.
Promote current spa offers and wellness packages over the phone and in person.
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
Prior experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred.
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and appointment scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy hours.
