Key Responsibilities

Follow-Up on Incoming Leads
: Reach out to leads who have expressed interest in our products/services and follow up regularly.
Customer Interaction
: Communicate with leads via phone and email, answer their questions, and provide relevant information.
Data Management
: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Sales Support
: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, setting up meetings, and tracking lead conversion progress.
Build Relationships
: Establish strong connections with leads to enhance the likelihood of successful conversions.
Feedback Collection
: Collect and share feedback from leads with the team to help improve our sales approach.
Skills & Qualifications

Excellent Communication
: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Proven Experience
: Prior telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Customer-Focused
: Ability to engage customers empathetically and understand their needs.
