Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain Vecura services, offers, and programs clearly.
Convert inquiries/leads into confirmed appointments.
Handle incoming calls and resolve basic client queries.
Follow up with leads, missed clients, and appointment reminders.
Maintain call records, lead status, and daily reporting.
Coordinate with branch counsellors and centre managers for scheduling.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
AGE LIMIT: 19 to 28
