Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding room bookings, banquet services, and facilities.
Convert potential leads into confirmed reservations.
Provide accurate information on tariffs, availability, and packages.
Maintain call records and update the reservation system regularly.
Follow up with prospective clients and assist the sales team in lead generation.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication.
Coordinate with the front office, sales, and F&B departments to confirm bookings.
Handle guest complaints or escalate them to the concerned authority for resolution.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good telephone etiquette, polite and professional approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (IDS/Opera knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.
