Job Title: Telecaller Company: Solar Trading Company : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Solar Trading Company. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, provide information about our solar products and services, and persuade them to take the next steps in the sales process. Your communication skills and ability to build rapport will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce them to our solar products and services. Clearly and effectively explain the benefits of solar energy and the advantages of our offerings. Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about our products. Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their needs and interest in solar solutions. Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested customers and update the CRM system with the relevant information. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour during customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet committed to a purchase. Meet daily and weekly call quotas to contribute to the company\'s sales goals. Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and company product offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Report to the Sales Manager and provide regular updates on call results, customer feedback, and any potential issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred). Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales, especially in the solar or renewable energy industry, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle objections and overcome customer concerns. Good organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Positive attitude and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
