Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students/customers.
Explain company services/courses/products clearly and confidently.
Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries politely.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records.
Schedule appointments or demo sessions when required.
Maintain a positive attitude and build good customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Update lead details accurately in the system or register.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Pleasant voice and confident speaking ability.
Basic knowledge of mobile phones and calling apps.
Ability to handle rejection calmly and professionally.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (freshers can apply).
