Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing sales

Qualifications

Graduation

Good English and one more local language communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computers and spreadsheets, data entry programs.

Making calls to potential customers

Explaining loan products, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.

Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and persuading customers

Ability to convince potential customers to consider the company's offerings

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
