We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Callers (ladies only) to join our team in Edappal. The role involves contacting potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings for our sales team, focusing on solar plant installation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our solar plant installation services and generate leads.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our services.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested customers and follow up to ensure they take place.
Database Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, including call records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and document customer feedback to improve our services and customer experience.
Reporting:
Provide daily reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
Experience in the Solar Industry:
Knowledge of solar energy or previous experience in a related field is an advantage.
